Take Care of Your Tools, and They Will Take Care of You.....

Far more often than not, the servicing of the appliances seems to be a low priority in many commercial kitchens across the East Midlands generally costing them more in breakdown repairs and downtime of equipment!!

We recommend ALL equipment, gas and electric is serviced a minimum of once annually, in busy establishments it would be recommended to a minimum of twice annually. This will in turn save you money on expensive repair costs, reduce downtime of broken equipment, have faults found and resolved before they become an issue, have the peace of mind that they are safe to use, increase the working life of your appliance and experience a smooth running of your commercial kitchen that in turn will reduce unwanted stress and hassle we can all do without.

If you have Gas Appliances within your commercial kitchen it is a legal requirement to have a "Commercial Gas Safety Certificate" and your insurance will be invalid without it as well as running the risk of the EHO closing you down for non-compliance.

Service Pack - GAS

Our GAS package includes full servicing to all gas appliances, each with an individual service report sheet documenting the testing & repairs carried out and result found. This includes the canopy and ventilation system (both extraction and make up air), full testing of the interlock system and emergency stop devices, CO detectors, inspection of the gas meter and pipework within the installation, etc. On completion a Commercial Gas Safety Certificate (also known as a CP42) will be issued.

Service Pack - ELECTRICAL

Our ELECTRICAL package includes full servicing to all electrical appliances both hard wired and (PAT Testing) portable (including handheld items like blenders, mixers, slicers, toasters, etc.) each with an individual service report sheet documenting the testing & repairs carried out and result found. We also test all socket outlets within the commercial kitchen, cables, flex and plugs. On completion a Electrical Certificate of Compliance will be issued.

Service Pack - COMPLETE

As above, this includes both the GAS and ELECTRICAL service packages combined to cover ALL appliances within your Commercial Kitchen, includes all the service reports and certification.

Service Pack - AQUA+

Our AQUA+ package is designed for additional care required for Combi Ovens, Dishwashers and Water boilers, requiring a full descale at least once a year, especiallyif no water softener is installed. We also supply and fit all filters, softners as reqired and we keep an extensive range in stock !!
